We specialize in casting tubes centrifugally. The purity and density of
grain for these castings are superior to those wrought or static castings
of like composition. Also, these centrifugal casting tubes’ properties are
uniform. We have complete in-house control of each production
operation. Start from mold design, centrifugal casting, heat treating, and
machining are all performed within our facility. Our quality controls
include metal analysis for chemical components, microstructure
inspection, supersonic flaw detection, hardness testing, and mechanical
properties.
